In this role, you provide technical support on CanPack products (can, ends, packaging) to CPNL and its customers.
You coordinate technical visits at client lines. Also, you offer support at investigations into the root causes of customers complaints, and at defining and implementing appropriate measures to prevent future complaints.

You have a strong connect with both the quality and commercial teams to create the best results.

Finally, you coordinate trial runs at the clients in support of new product developments.

As a CTS Engineer, you will be (among other things) responsible for: 

• Coordinating regular technical visits at client lines according to the plan, concerning cans, ends, complaints, or other services.
• Providing technical support on CanPack (new) products (can, ends, packaging) to CPNL customers.
• Offering support to investigations into the root causes of customer complaints, and to customer improvement initiatives (collecting data, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve client issues).
• Communication with sales, quality and production departments and customers.
• Coordination of tests and trials at our clients, with focus on new product developments.

For this position, you have the following Knowledge and Skills:

• Bachelor-level degree, preferably in a technical field of expertise.
• Previous experience in either mechanical engineering, quality, and/or customer relations fields.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to use measurement devices, test equipment and tools.
• Knowledge of ISO and food safety production standards.
• Good command of the English language.
• Open to travel with overnight stays.
